I needed a deck and fence repair , I signed a contract on 11-8-23 ,, Gave a check of 2, 825$ Half . He cashed the 11-9-23 , no work was done I kept texting excuse after excuse . It wasn't until 12/9 /23 he had indepent contractors come tear down my deck . After then nothing still excuses. Last time we text he said he would send his brother out . That was end of Dec . Now he has changed his phone number, which I think is Though an app I get a weird msg 216 399-0554 so I can't contact him at all , he also hasn't responded to my email . He took advantage of me . Resolution Sought Do the job as promised, or give my money back .
