I went into the Milas cosmetic s July 13 2023, I was sold 12 treatments, Mary Ashasyan. She took my phone and sign me up with care credit .I was leaving and she handed me bag of products. I said I don't want them .She said they are free they go with treatments. So I left and went home. Thought about and too far to drive. I called and canceled and told her I'm bringing your products back. I did next morning .I returned them and she threatened me and said throw them in garbage. I told her I'm canceling and will not ever come there. I left and went home called the back and reported them. Resolution Sought Pay back the money to care credit $6469.

Their attempt at a facial was sub par. The area is noisy. The entire vibe in the place is strange to say the least. They rushed everything. The scam started when the owner came in to sell me on a $8,000 non surgical face lift and tummy tuck non surgical. Despite saying no in many different ways they push back by grabbing my phone and texting me care credit approval. Then lowered the price to $3000 After I continuously say no and explain that I'm in a Domestic violence relationship and They continuously to berat me with used car salesman techniques. They lie to me saying I could cancel and get a refund in order to get me to sign an authorization form. I no longer trust them with my face. I'm afraid of will happen after using their claimed professional products. After my service My face has deep scars and scabs after my first treatment when I complained my grievance was ignored. I was told I would pay 130 a month and Now it's 150 dollars a month for 12 facials a month nonsurgical tummy tuck. Creams and a device that doesn't work. I'm so hurt especially after explaining that I was super depressed because of my self esteem with my spouse calling me ugly. Only to be prey upon with pushy sell person. And for her to say I was stupid for not taking the deal. Resolution Sought I want a full refund and out out this bogus scam contract.
