Customer Complaint

Took my car into dealership July 6, 2021 for oil change. I waited on vehicle and at no time was I informed something other than an oil change was needed on the car that was purchased new November 2020. When I proceeded to check out I was given a bill for $323.18. When questioned the service employee jokingly stated they changed and rotated your tires, they cleaned and applied throttle body spray and fuel injection. I reminded the employee but I did not authorize that and was told I would need to pay before leaving. My car had 13,394 miles on it and was due for oil change at 15,056 miles. Two weeks prior I had an appointment there and was turned around stating it was too early to change oil it can go down to 2 percent before changing. I did verify that information to be false by calling another Chrysler dealership. This business I feel tried to take advantage of me because I am a senior. I have had 2 prior new cars and never paid this outrageous amount eight months of owning vehicle. Resolution Sought I am willing to pay for service requested which was an oil change. Two minor concerns I had were under warranty.

I am enclosing (To BCA for Review) a copy of the work order, which includes a written estimate price to any service being performed. It also includes the customer's signature for approval.

Rebuttal the stated document given to customer after work done and after I paid which is customary fir company it was not given prior to work done. Company is deliberately lying. Work not approved and did not know what had been done until questioned high cost fir oil change
