I called MTR in 2022 to help resolve my tax issue, they took 500.00 to start, ask for my information which I sent to them, as of today they are saying I was the one who did not comply. Then they were rude to the point I wanted out, then I contacted BBB . The company got back with me to resolve , but only took more money, still asking for information I already sent. With out nothing being done, so I asked for 500.00 back to settle, they said I am not due anything ,but they did nothing for almost a year and a half , I do not have any paper work saying anything they did I just want some of my money back ,they will not talk, just emails, no phone, they have tons of complaints with BBB all about 500.00 where they bait you in , something needs to be done Resolution Sought Pls give me my refund, that is all I ask , at least 500.00

I was not pleased with tax millennia work, I am a senior citizen with hardship, I have been emailing everyday concerning my refund of $500, they have taken $700, l have reached out to a Ms Danielle, Mr. Calen they responded one time very unprofessional. They say they right, I say I'm right ,I have supporting docs , but none from them stating what they did, just want my refund, they are scammers

September of 2022. I hire Millennia Tax Relief to prepare my personal and business tax. The total charge was $600. I never received service from this company. Millennia Tax Relief began debited out of my checking account for three months. Starting in the month of October, November and final payment in December. I start trying to contact in Millennia Tax Relief in January to ask questions on how to send paperwork. You're only able to leave a voice mail. I believe after hearing my voice mail. I received an email with a link to upload my documents. I felt not so at easy about the upload. So I try contacting them again. To be reinsured that there were no worries. You only receive the voice mail. No return call. I felt like something wasn't right. So I decided to hire someone else. I have try multiple times through phone and email to contact this company to be refunded my money. But I gets no response. Resolution Sought I want a refund for the full amount of $600 dollars.

It is impossible to give an exact response without the name of the client. What I can say is that every client is sent a welcome letter when they sign up with contact information. The client also signs up for services with an agent and they have that agents contact information. According to the client they state they received an email request for documentation. That letter has all of our communications info on it. Without the client sending in their information we cannot, neither can anyone else, prepare taxes. You have to give a tax preparer information to prepare taxes. If the client gives us their name we can give further details on the specific case.

Millennia Tax Relief sent me a email asking for documents to prepare my taxes. Before I sent over all personal information. I had questions. I called Millennia Tax Relief several times. No one would answer. I left a voice mail. No return calls. I sent over I believe two emails. No one responded. At that point I wasn't to confident with sending all my personal documents to a company who refuse to answer, return, or respond to my attempt to contact them. When trying to contact Millennia Tax Relief to get a refund. Again no one at Millennia Tax Relief answers the phone. I haven't heard anything from Millennia Tax Relief until today on 06/06/2023. I want a refund for service never rendered.
