Attempted to retrieve IRA balance from Millennium Trust Company, 2001 Spring Road Suite 700,Illinois 602523, phone 1-800-258-7878, spoke to Kaisha who provided an email address,https://secure.mtrustcompany.com/. This site is unavailable after entering Requested information. The IRA account was automatically contributed to from my then employer TA Truck Services Risingsun Rd. BORDENTOWN NJ. Corporate Office TA Operating LLC 24601 Center Ridge Road West Lake Ohio 44145 These funds were transferred from an account previously started with the mentioned employer and transferred to the Millennium Trust Company without my consent or knowledge. My complaint is against the employer and the Millennium Trust Company. Resolution Sought I request the balance of the IRA account and reimbursement of the transfer and filing fees. I'M concerned about the number of employees who have experienced this fraudulent act in the past . Thank you.
