The car lot I got my vehicle from they re-poed it March 1st and I caught my payment up and paid 2 months in advance. He has had my car for 4 months and want let me get my car or my truck and it not even on his lot and he will not update me on nothing answer my calls or nothing. Resolution Sought Give me my car and truck back that i have paid for but not seen.

We have reviewed the list of complaints from Ms. Haggard, and do not wish to comply with the customer's request to return the vehicles without full payment of $5,654.18 due to the following reasons: All cars are sold "As Is" On March 1, 2021, Ms. Haggard requested the vehicle to be picked up via tow truck by Miller & Miller Sales due to mechanical difficulties. Customer signed an agreement to always provide insurance on the leased vehicle or else the contract will be considered broken. On February 17, 2021 insurance was cancelled. Custome signed an agreement understanding the consequences of late payments which could potentially lead to repossession. Customer has not made a payment on the Mazda Tribute since April 2021 Customer has not made a payment on the 1988 GMC since March 1, 2021 In the complaint, customer states the vehicle was repossessed on March 1, 2021. Our records indicate the customer called on March 1, 2021 requesting the vehicle to be picked up from her location due to mechanical difficulties. Due to previous missed payments, the payment on March 13, 2021 was for the months of February, March and April. Due to owner surrender and neglect to make agreed monthly payments, the complainant is falsely accusing Miller & Miller Sales of keeping the vehicles from her possession. Everything in this response has been discussed with Ms. Haggard on several occasions. If she wishes to regain ownership of the two vehicles, she can make a one-time payment of $5,654.18.
