I purchased tickets plus transportation to The 9th Annual Milwaukee Blues Festival on March 27th of 2020. Covid19 canceled the show twice. Since then I have tried to information on the show in replacing or for my refund money of the package deal. I have had no luck at all not even a live person on the phone. no emails with directions on what to do next. now this same show is going on again on April 8th Resolution Sought I would like to see the show or be funded for the package deal I believe it was over 163-199 dollars. I went to log in they have no account of this but I have the ticket emailed digital of this show.

Company Response

The 2020 Blues Festival was postponed to 2021 due to the impacts of COVID-19. Upon postponement, mass communications were distributed from the venue as well as Ticketmaster alerting patrons to the change and opening up the window in which they could request a refund. Those emails and phone calls would have only reached customers who purchased through Ticketmaster or at our box office directly, not anyone who chose to buy through a third-party vendor (ie scalper). The 2021 rescheduled show was then subsequently cancelled, not postponed, due to the continued negative impacts of COVID-19 (important to note that a postponement activates a window in which customers can request a refund, while a cancellation triggers an automatic mass credit to all customers who purchased through Ticketmaster or at the box office). After review, we believe that Ms. Neita likely purchased her tickets from a third-party source (ie, scalper). Her original complaint indicates that she still has digital copies of the tickets in question. If that's the case I would ask that she bring those tickets to the staff at the Miller High Life Theatre box office in person where a representative will be able to determine the original point of purchase. If indeed she purchased through our box office or Ticketmaster we will be delighted to remedy the situation immediately. Unfortunately if they were secured through a third-party vendor there won't be anything that we can do to further assist. The MHLT box office is located at 500 W. Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We take customer feedback seriously and hope to be able to help Ms. Neita find a solution.
