First week paid 380. Week w/bathroom toilet moves, small bad, very cold no heater no Wifi Sayed free WiFi not working. Ask for another room second week paid two days later, change to downstairs room with bathroom, no heater working very bad small room & bathroom causing headache With toilet problems, hall way small, carpet very old 3 day stock to be change to another room, have heater bathroom small room clean but a week later paying for next week, water coming out from shower drain flooding room told office problem manager come called Plummer $175 charging or move out with out money back manager told us we have to pay and we stay if not we leave tonight, were out an toilet Plummer not finished fix one day so fare, were waiting for manager to call office to decide we going to pay 175 to stay or have to move out tonight no money back & 50 dollars deposit pack no, were worry because with depressed stress. Get to move out keeping are money were are we going in the street cold I don't get paid on Monday coming we blame. Were scared worries. Help need asp please can we do, Resolution Sought Stay or money full back the two week we suffer paid for two week blaming the three room problem, we have no were to go and it's could to be in the street unfair taking what's not right to be throw out not cause bye use, as is I'm going throw treatment of depressed & depression, stress sickness. Company states: This complaint is incorrect. We provided the best service we can to this customer, and they trashed our three rooms in less than 2 weeks. They are very dirty and have no understanding of how to maintain their room and bathroom in normal operating conditions. They thro food and drinks on the floor and on the bed. They do not like to take room service. The room start to smell bad with leftover food and trash and they complain about the smell. They use the disinfecting wipes and flush them in the toilet. These wipes are not biodegradable, and they cause the clogging in the toilet lines. During their stay, we have to unclog toiles and pull-out bunch of disinfecting wipes. The plumber himself showed to Guillermina the wipes that came out from the drain line. We personaly informed her not to use these wipes in toilets. We paid for first two plumbing cost and asked them to pay for the third time and they refused to pay. they owe us $380 for rent and $175 for the last plumbing problem. This cost does not include the cost we paid to our housekeeper on cleaning three room sthat they have trashed completely. All other complaint about the building is not valid, because we showed them the room and available amenities before we rented the room. They were happy with our service and that is why they wanted to stay, but we cannot allow them to stay without money and allow them to cause plumbing problems. I request BCA to help me recover my cost of $555 from this complainant.

Miller Hotel written all an lie, we were told to leave on Wednesday at 11 am Because charging $175. We were never told about no other charge or rent not paid we have recipe weekly paid with $50 dollar deposit was no given back, With the lady that clean the room she an witness having problem before we first move in are last stay of paid weekly shower not working toilet not working sink not working wifi not working we were told wifi in work, front office even tried to hook to my laptop worker at front office couldn't getting going because modem not working, I was told & that will tell Hotel Manager Mike to be fix the week past I been told in 3 days next week coming Saturday I use my laptop for work, every word written is all true nothing but the true, with my right hand is true, know I feel discreet, embarrassed to the public, discriminated of the action Miller's manager about us written becoming false statement without evidence and prove as we have evidence improved this is not acceptable even by law tolerate manager behavior towards us accu
