I have had my 2016 Nissan rough for 8 months transmission went car has been tooken care of well maintained dealer wont go good on it has only returned one message I feel they sold me a lemon car Resolution Sought I would like them to be responsible for new transmission or take the car back and pay the loan off what I owe the bank

Unfortunately the dealership offers a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty on used vehicles. It's stated on the buyers guide, which the customer signed, along with the finance company that she financed with, she had the option of purchasing an extended warranty. 8 months is far out of warranty, had there been a transmission/powertrain issue within the first 30 days or 1000 miles, we would have gladly honored our warranty, with Sonia's signature.
