"I had ordered two of the burger baskets off of the children's menu, before I had ordered I had asked two different waitresses at least two times, "What all came on their burgers on the children's menu?", I was informed by both waitresses every time that I had asked before I ordered that " The children's burgers included pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes on the side." I had ordered two baskets to go, and whenever I had received my order and had gotten home I had not only realized how cold my food was but also that their was nothing on nor on the side of my burger. I had called the manager and spoke with him he was not only very unfriendly but, he even denied me of a refund even though I had all of the food still and my receipt. So, I ended up attempting to eat the cold food that I was stuck with and to top it all off I couldn't the meat had tasted to be unseasoned, and as if it had been sitting in a deep freeze for too long, as if it had went passed its expiration date. I couldn't even eat any of it, I'm not upset with not getting my refund but, I would highly recommend a health inspector maybe or someone to do a little bit of examining to this locally owned business. Resolution Sought I would like this business to teach their waitresses at least a little bit about their menu. I would like the manager to reconsider the menu mainly the kids because it was very skimpy, their wasn't even a sauce packet or nothing included with the kid's burger basket. I would also, like the business to be informed of how they treat their customers. And I would love it if someone inspected this business for health and sanitation reasons. My reasoning would be to improve this locally owned business
