I changed my bank information on 10/05/22 because original bank account was closed. I called In twice to verify if my new account information was reflecting on my account and asked if November payment would be deposited. The first young lady I spoke to a couple days after transaction verified that she saw it. I called back on 10/15/22 spoke to Chris a young African American guy he placed me on hold for 15 minutes came back on the line and stated to me yes the first caller week and half before was correct it would be deposited into my new bank account. I tried signing in on my account today and everything was blank so I called and got a very unconcerned rude Caucasian young girl with no interest in helping name Rebecca. She gave me an excuse why I couldn't see my information, so I asked her could she verify if my monies was deposited into my new account and she said No! It went to your first bank account. I tried to explain to her how I had called in twice prior to only hearing they allowed my money to go to a closed bank account. Why has it been since day one I have been mocked, because I had a child late in age they held up my deposit and made me prove my 21 year old was my son as my beneficiary. I'm asking that it be explained why I'm being harassed!! I live off my benefits and why is it CSR are not properly trained? I have screenshots of everything I done on my account. Resolution Sought I need my retirement benefits deposited to my Navy Federal Credit Union by the 1st like it should have been done.
