Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. As a part of my divorce settlement I had to deal with these people. For 7 months I have been trying to get my money. Every time I call I speak to someone different and every time I call I get different information. I have been told to wait any where from 3 to 5 business days to 6 months to a year in the same week! They called me today, I missed the call, Just to not know why they called me. This is a company that actively holds people's money hostage because it's badly ran. Every department is disconnected which keeps MY money held in an account that I can't access. I'm not a "karen" but for this company I will be today. What these people have done to me over the last 7 months is criminal. They have actively withheld my money and refused to tell me why. I still don't know if or when I'll receive my money. Resolution Sought I'd like for this business to be more professional. I don't want another person to lose everything like I did because these people lie, deceive, and holds your money hostage. I've never had to beg for my money. I prefer to work for it. However these people are intentionally keeping people's money from them and I've had more than one representative admit it to me.
