I have 3 auto maintenance cancelation forms from mills GM Sales Rep. Ben Olson promising to refund me a total of $4036.00 . When I ask Ben when I get my money? Ben says "in a week" Ben has been promising to pay me back the $4036.00 in a week, for the last 12 weeks, now. I realize that Ben is never going to refund me $4036.00. I told Ben that I make a living as a care-giver. I just realized that I will need someone with more weight on his/her collar to MAKE Ben refund me the $4036.00. The other thing to this story, I bought a $674.00 optional auto maintenance plan, but, without my knowledge or approval, Ben Olson slipped in two more plans on my purchase agreement. One for $3,699 and one for $763 =$4036.00 Resolution Sought Refund me the $4036.00.
