I have paid application fees and called several times and cannot get a phone call back... I want my money back ... Resolution Sought Check into it

Per consumer:I was finally able to get in contact with the company. When I got ahold of the company I spoke with the office manager and she said she was going to look into why I never received a call back. Thank you for all your help.
