I have lived in my apartment building for 18 years an I never had any kind of problems until Milltown the manger has sent me emails to cure or quit I get notes on my door to cure or quit. I pay my rent on time every month but yet I get a cure to quit. He is say that I owe a month back rent when the previous owner owned the building . But I never heard about it from the previous owner . He sold as is an now the property manager is trying to get me to pay him . Not to mention he charges me a late fee of $60 every month so he is telling me I owe him 2000 ..there is a lot more to this company I just really need some legal advice. Not to mention I am on disability an I have server anxiety .. Resolution Sought I want them to stop thrusting me on raising my rent.
