This place should not have a person putting a person down for trying to do the best for their pet.

I sent an email about rescuing my blind cat and received an email back saying that they were not taking animals in at the time. That was fine. Then a staff member Michelle decided to take it upon herself to give her opinion about what I'm doing to my cat. We exchanged a few emails and I pleaded with her that all I was doing was trying to help my cat and she became very mean and put me down and then said I'm harassing her. I can provide emails if necessary. This place should not have a person putting a person down for trying to do the best for their pet. I would like this person removed from her job. She is unfit
