Hired this company, to replace a fence and deck, because they had 5 starts, very disappointed as they don't know how to do fence in metal post, even when I showed them how it worked, was told that they had 6 yrs experience… The deck was just as disappointing, as they let my neighbor bribe them with tacos and pot to change the boundary line. I now risk loosing a lg cedar tree, summer shade, because it now looks like the tree is more on the neighbors property, and they hate the tree. I gave Kaylub 3 xs to make it right, got nothing but excuses Resolution Sought Fix the fence in front with the metal post, and either come put my fence post and the deck where they belong or get a notarized statement from my neighbors stating they won't take the cedar tree down

We came out multiple times to fix different issues. Every time there was something else. The fence in front is done correctly, we have done multiple fences with postmasters. The deck was placed back exactly where it was, the frame was not replaced only the decking boards. The customer paid and complimented the work numerous times, but now saying it isn’t done correctly and is “disappointing” . We were out multiple trips and never heard anything about the deck. Getting a note from your neighbor is something between the two neighbors and has nothing to do with the contractor.

The deck isn't the issue, the fence snd the placement of the post is the problem. They gave 4inches of my property to the neighbors. The last time they came out they moved one post and pulled the fence to meet it. It's putting stress on the fence, and the gaps are noticeable. I have pics that show how far off the property line they went. I know my neighbor fed them tacos, and I believe gave them pot. The fence out front IS NOT DONE RIGHT. They were going to take the metal post out. I showed them the proper way and was told they knew better. I did pay them because I was tired of dealing with it, but it's pisses me off. I am talking with legal counsel, so we'll see what they have to say.
