I have reached out the the company 20+ times about a duplicate box. They only answered with a return label once and they have not sent me a refund. The phone number goes straight to voice mail and Noone ever answers on the support email. The worst business transaction ever. I am in disbelief. Resolution Sought I want my money back and I want someone to answer my email that this won't happen again.
