Minka Ceiling Fan with Lifetime warranty . Blade abruptly broke from bracket and hit the wall just missing a person on the couch. This Fan should be recalled for future harms to consumer. Minka Aire Model F 562,F563,F568 Resolution Sought Appropriate safety recall or compensation for the defective product.
