I would rate them an F for failure of acceptable and responsible service, responsiveness and transparency.

I received a covid test on December 27th at a CVS store in Scottsdale AZ and was told that I would be contacted by email regarding the results of that test within 48 hrs. It is now January 10 th or 2 weeks since that test and I have still not been contacted nor have my results been given me by me calling, texting or emailing Minute Clinic. The test is now theoretically worthless; if I was taking a trip, I would have had to cancel that trip. If I was very sick, I could have potentially died without ever receiving my test results. It is impossible to contact Min. Clinic with a real person on the phone or by any other means, so I talked to the manager of the CVS and their Pharmacy Manager with no results except the phone number of Min. Clinic which I already had and tried on numerous times. This my last resort. Someone needs to take action against Minute Clinic. Someone needs to take responsibility for this. Also, they are still telling people that they will have their results in 48 hrs. This has also happened before. a year ago, I got the test at the same place and after calling and checking for days for the results I gave up and to this day I have yet to receive any of my results. Please look into this. Thank you.
