I ordered 2 bundles of hair 20 days ago. I had an appointment 9/20/21 I never received my hair. So I had purchased other hair from another company so I make my appointment.. I feel like this company is a FRAUD . This was my birthday so I was excited and looking out for the hair for weeks. We located in the same state 45 minutes away and there's no way it should take almost 3 weeks and NO hair. I never received a refund and I also never received the hair. I had to repurchase more hair from some where else so I spent double the money with no product. Resolution Sought REFUND!!
