I purchased a car from Miracle Jeep Chrysler Dodge on February 24, 2024. I returned to the dealership on February 27, 2024 because the remote start was not working. I was told by the Service department a new key fob was being ordered. I called several times to check on the status of the key, but was only given the runaround by the Service department. I called Parts on March 13, 2024 to check to see if a key had been ordered for me and I was told NO. All I want is for Miracle to do the right thing and make sure all of the features in the vehicle are working properly. Resolution Sought Replace the key fob to ensure the auto start is working properly.

I purchased a car over a month and one week ago the motor is knocking I called to speak with them they told told me to bring it in to be serviced the place is over 6 hours away I don't even think it will make it that far but I don't think they car because the sale has already been made. The car was delivered to me because of the distance. Resolution Sought Replace this car with a better car.

Company states; The vehicle purchased was a pre own vehicle that comes to the client at an as-is purchase along with a wholesale to the public acknowledgement form in which both are recognized and signed by the consumer. The client did purchase a service/warranty agreement, so they could easily take it to the nearest dealership and have it diagnosed. From there it would be up to the warranty company if it would be a covered component. Miracle Auto Group Gallatin , Tennessee
