On February 10th I placed an order with Miracle Mink hair, I received the items on February 23 . The total order was wrong I order facial cleanse I received Femme Yoni wash, then on her website it said Intense Growth Edge control, I received miracle grow edge control. I called the next day and I was told that department is closed on the weekend, so I call back on Monday then I was told they close at 2:00pm .Call back the next day I was told they were in a sale and they were going to return my call. No call, So I called the next day nothing was done so I called again the associate was loud didn't give me the customer a chance to talk . So she said with me let you talk to the CEO of the company she got on the phone I began to tell her the problem. I told her I ordered the intense edge control but I received some thing different she said it's the same but her website has some thing different posted so how will I know if it is right or wrong, she said be blessed and then she terminated the called. Her staff has no knowledge of the products all of her associates told me different things so what do I believe. Her staff is loud mouth and they don't give the customer space to talk. It took two weeks to receive the wrong order. I am very disappointed and upset about this situation. Also what see has on her website is different when you receive it but I was told it is the same ,change your website it is misleading for the public. Resolution Sought Give me the correct items, that is on her website and don't let it take two more weeks to receive the order. Change the website because what I received is not what I ordered.

Bought these products and she shows women using her products hair with new growth. When I used these products nothing happened I called and talked to hear her about some kind of compensation sine it doesn't work she hung up on me then I called again and she ya blocked my phone number. Resolution Sought Get 100.00 of my money back and she can have her products back.
