This business is charging for food that I never ordered! It is being sent to me and I do not want it! They refuse to stop sending it and continue to charge me for food that I do not want! Resolution Sought Refund the amount charged to my account and stop sending this junk to me!

Company states; "Hi Cynthia, Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm very sorry for the confusion about how we work and about your first order with us. That's just not the way we want to take care of you! We're a subscription service which means that we promise to send you groceries each week unless you skip an order before your shopping window closes for it. We explain this while customers sign up and in our welcome email once you open your account. We also send you reminders to shop for your orders when your shopping window opens. I'm really glad that you were able to reach out to our customer success team when this happened and they were able to refund the charge for this order to your card. They were also able to cancel your account for you so we won't be sending you or charging you for groceries anymore. Thank you for the chance to work with you on this.
