Well I bought a car October 2022 and he's been giving me the runaround telling me what I wanted to hear about getting the registration I end up paying for the registration and now I can't get a smogged he gave me a paper send the car with smog or DMV said that it was not valid and to this day I do not have a license plate I cannot get the car smogged and I paid $9,000 for a he overcharged me and all I'm asking is that he either give me another car or refund me my money. I also told him what if I sued him, he said go ahead, you got a a** in his car, but I thought I should be able to get it smogged and I also have the paper from the Lexus dealership saying what's wrong with the car when I bought it and I took it back to him he said they just told me that cuz they wanted me to buy another car. Resolution Sought Either give me a better car or refund me my money I pay $9,000 and on the paper he put I pay $500 like what.
