Whoever she spoke with who laughed at her and refused to help was not anyone associated with the Missouri Clean Energy Disctrict. We have not had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Parker. Requests for copies of the special assessment contract are common and usually fulfilled in a mtter of minutes. In reviewing her assessment contract, I see she did sign the assessment contract on September 10, 2020 to pay for having a high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner installed in her home. She has not made any payments so far. As to her desired settlement, we have no power or authority to make any changes to the assessment contract once the contractor has been paid for the work.
