I purchased a dress from this company and the garment fell apart as soon as I tried it on. The zipper was poorly sewn on which resulted in it breaking off after trying it on. I reached out to the company within 30 days of purchase and they were very hard to get a hold of. They didn't take any responsibility or apologize for a poorly made garment. They said my only option would be to exchange the dress in a month for another item. I initially said I would like a partial refund so I could get the dress fixed, as I did not want to risk receiving another poorly made item. They said no and wouldn't give me a reason or provide any customer assistance. I finally gave in and said I would do the exchange and they have now ghosted me. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund the amount I paid in full.
