I have had an open claim for damage to my property since 2019 with Mitchell Roofing. I had roughly 30 thousand worth of damage. This company has been terrible to get all the work completed. I have made numerous calls and am told that they are waiting on my windows to arrive. They did have windows delivered that sat next to my garage as the were the wrong size. The windows eventually were blown over in the Wyoming wind an broken and put new holes in the siding. Finally after months, the windows were picked up by Matt at Mitchell Roofing. Since then, there has been numerous delays citing that they are waiting on the windows and they cannot understand why it is taking so long. Today, 8-23-2021 I was told maybe it is because if the shape of the window. The work done on the siding is not up to standard and still needs fixed. I am totally disgusted with the quality and the service from this company. I would never recommend or use them again. Resolution Sought Get it done and done right or drop it and I will find someone else to complete the work. Tired of this waiting.
