The surcharge is too high.....I won't give them another dime.....but they need to know the law of the Dublin Amendment

A surcharge was charge of .75 my card for a $8.50 purchase. That amount is well over the 2.2.......so my total came out to 9.25.....that's an 8.5 mark up......this isn't the first time .
