I purchased a bike from this company, I have reached out via their contact link through Shopify, as well as through their website 4 different times and I have not gotten a response. I just called the phone number and it is not in service. I don't know what else to do. Resolution Sought I would either like the bike that I ordered, or a full refund of $425.00.
