She was originally and eagerly wanting to offer her braiding services to me. I happen to go into the hospital and was unable to attend my appointment. She took my $33 deposit, which I understand is non refundable. Then she additionally kept charging my account $0.1 and then $1.00 then $100 increments until my account was at 0.00. Resolution Sought The desired outcome was for her to perform braids to my head. But I had to cancel my appointment.
