This shop fabricated a handwritten bill of parts & labor that they did not perform, replace and damaged, which i disputed. My bro & own agreed to meet nov 29, 2024, he did not show up. We back the nov 30, no show again. As a result, i took my car which was parked outside the shop. He want me to pay him for replacement parts and labor he did not perform along with a part his mechanic damaged and tried to cover up and shove the cause of damage with the expenses on me. I had to have another mechanic do the work the lied about doing. I refused to pay them anything. Now! All he want is for me to pay him for labor $250. They 1st quoted me an amt of a verbal $600 then hand wrote a bill for $500, both labor included. I refuse to pay them anything, they tried to cheat me for a simple job they never diagnosised or itemized nor discussed. I will never do businn with them again nor will i even recommend anyone to them. They are dishonest and tried to take advangtage of me as a women and elder one at that! Resolution Sought Reprimand & give them a severe warning of falsifying documents of services they had not performed and threaten to take their license if this type of practice and behavior continues. My rating would be no stars
