Fake Warranties

Seems like a great company on the surface. Called about a warranty - was expecting some pushback, but everything seemed to go swimmingly. Over time we discovered it's all a sharade. If they'd put half the resources into actually addressing the claim, they'd have saved time/money and done a great job. Instead they've wasted a lot of their customers time and pissed me off enough to spend a few hours writing reviews...would have been easier on everyone if they'd just said "we don't do warranties" up front. If anyone there reads this: CS-00647...probably a few more in there as everyone has the "submit all these details and I'll create a ticket" part of the act down.
