I had to order three watches only to come find they don't work. I had called to request a return label which is clearly stated on their website under the return policy and they tell me that they don't have return labels that I'm responsible for the cost to return the products which does not work. I continue to argue with them of what is stated on their return policy on their website and they continue to tell me that they do not issue return labels that I'm responsible for the cost to return the products that are not functional. Resolution Sought Send me a return label which is what is stated in the return policy on there website so I can receive a FULL refund. I want my money back & should not have to pay to return a product(s) that do not work.
