I took a loan for $9,000.00, I hired Staging & Construction to replace my AC unit for $7,000.00. The bank made the check out to Staging an other for them to refund $2,000.00 to me and they said no they will not refund it, i have a small house the AC unit will not cost $9,000.00. Resolution Sought To refund what is owed to me $2,000.00, because I have to pay back the loan.
