Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I placed an order with this sneaker company back on March 3, 2023. I paid an additional fee to have the sneakers delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions beginning the following week of me placing the order. I could not find a telephone listing so I contacted the email address that I was given which was support@mloshoes.com. I asked to be contacted via my telephone number which is 267-356-7773. I even asked for a number so that I may call them directly. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions as well. I have not received a refund. I was emailed back saying that the delivery times were delayed due to the sneakers were being sent from over seas. Now when I still try to contact them the email address is no longer valid. I am at a loss and I just want my money back and I need your assistance because I am getting nowhere! Resolution Sought Assist in me getting a refund. I no longer want the sneakers because my son will not be able to fit them!
