I saw an ad on Facebook saying there was a new company starting up and they were offering full duct cleaning, all vents, furnace, dryer vent and full furnace inspection for $199.00. When they came to my home two guys came with hoses, looked at one vent in living room and went downstairs to the furnace. They proceeded to tell me it would be 600.00 plus 48.00 for tax. They could clean all my vents in my 1.5 story home from the furnace duct. They also told me they would shorten my dryer duct. They were in my basement not even 30min and told me they were done, I heard things being sucked up in the hose that led to there truck. I ask to see what they collected and they told me they couldn't show me only my furnace filter, which was already dirty. They didn't do what they agreed to do and than charged me 648.00 after stating 199.00 special. I sent an message to Ricardo Torres about my concern of the upcharge and not doing what was agreed to. He gave me the run around for 17days and than decided to block me. I have all the messages and the bill of sale. This company is dirty and needs to be exposed. They didn't do what they advertised and over charged me. I want my $648.00 refunded. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Resolution Sought I want my $648.00 refunded.
