This shop had my dirt bike for over 2 months to rebuild my complete engine,which they did not they only swapped my top part of my engine for a used one stating that he did a complete rebuild after having my dirt bike back for only 3 days and the engine blew completely after I got ahold of him about it he stated that he would fix it for free and he now is refusing to even talk to me about it. I also worked for him for 3 days and he is refusing to pay my wages Resolution Sought Pay me for my time and fix my bike probably

Completely false . Rebuilt top end with a race head. Was letting him make payments on bike. He changed the oil himself put oil filter in backwards and caused unknown damage to motor. But he also stole 800 dollars from office and quit the next day. Never was bike supposed to get a new bottom end as he could not even afford top end which he still hasn't paid for. He wages for apprenticeship were added to his bike bill. We are in the process of a mechanic lean on bike. Also theft charges were filled. I also gave him a battery for him rv for free. I was also helping him get his license.
