CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

On 12/26/22 Service was called due to freezing pipe that had busted leaving water spewing out the shower knob. Maintenance informed us that the water would be shut off and the shower knob fixed. On 12/28/22 the water company called and said their was 250 gallon used and they shut the water off until problem was resolved. Again I called Moab property in which they informed someone would fix the issue. On 12/31/22 problem still not fixed was told it would be 1/1/23. Resolution Sought Fix the problem and cover the 250 gallon water bill. Fix the floor because it is now saturated with water.
