Bought a vape and tried it out in store, it was faulty and they refuse to return it. After the manager locked herself in her office for 10 mins. I consulted with the manager for 5 mins, stating I was not leaving without a refund or an exchange of vapes and she told me to "fuck off, drive to Detroit and return it to breeze yourself you piece of shit" I was cool and calm the entire time dealing with this terrible woman. I think her actions justify her to be fired and I deserve my $20 back for a non working product. Resolution Sought Fire the irate unprofessional manager and refund me my $20 or replace the vape.
