My problem is I went to this cell phone product store and I was going to buy a phone cover and the box of the phone cover said screen protector included the vendor decided to take out the screen protector and try to sell it to me separately. I told the vendor that if the screen protector is included why would she take it out of the box and sell it to me separately her answer to me was that the screen protector is not included. I told her is included it says on the box and she said no if I wanted the screen protector is $15 more. Resolution Sought To sell the phone cover the way it says on the box don't remove nothing from the box and try to sell separately thanks
