Appropriate action should be taken
I understand when you are busy, you're stressed. I know that when the customer can't understand a word the associate is saying and doesn't comply, the associate can get annoyed. The associate should also understand that if he's giving attitude to the customer, the customer has a right to decline service and go elsewhere. I clearly stated this to the associate. He asked me my problem, and I told him it was his attitude. This part uncalled for - he says, "fuck your mother." It's one thing to say to me, but it's another problem when it's directed at my mom and for anyone that cares, she passed away a few years ago. I hope there's appropriate action. Never treat a customer this way, especially when giving a service. Otherwise, look for another job.
