On 08/01 I contacted this company to see if they could replace a broken key fob for my vehicle. The guy said that he would check and call me back. He called me back and said that they could do it for my type of car. I caught an Uber and met them at my vehicle. After about an hour of trying the technician said that he couldn't get it to work and the guy dhom I spoke to via the phone called someone to find a solution. After he made the phone call he stated that because of my kind of car that they couldn't do it. The technician then said to him "why didn't you tell me that before we came out here". At that point, and while the technician was still sitting in my car, the main guy says that I had to pay them $160. I then asked why he would have me come there if they couldn't do it. He supposedly called to verify my name and model before I agreed. I've called about 6 other companies and they told me over the phone that they couldn't do it. I feel like I was bullied out of my money because the other guy sat in my car while we discussed the payment and didn't get out. I texted him to ask for a return call from the owner and to advise that I was filing a complaint and his reply was very alarming and almost threatening. I feel that they may have possibly known before hand and came out anyway in order to get some money from me because too many companies were able to tell me no from the start. I'd like my money back. I feel like I got robbed. Resolution Sought I'd like my money returned to me via the same method that I used to lay for services that were not rendered. $160
