On May 15th my dog scooter had an appointment to be groomed. The person that groomed scooter hacked him up really bad. It was a hack job. I The person that groomed him also dumped dog hair on the curve side in front of my property. I called Mobile Pet Grooming to inform them about my dogs haircut and the dog hair and I also sent pictures to them. I didn't here any thing from them so the next day I called them. The person that I spoke to told me that she received my message and she also received the pictures. I asked her if she received my message and pictures why she didn't return my call. She responded by saying that they are very busy in the morning and she was going to call me later that afternoon. She said that she was going to add me to his schedule to come back to fix the cut. He was supposed to come between 2pm and 3pm. That never happened. I left them another message letting them know that he didn't show up. I received another text stating that he would come back the next day. He never showed up. I notified them again and was told she would add him to his schedule. Then I was told he had a cancelation. It has been back and forth with them. I have pictures and all the text that I will send to you. Resolution Sought I would like to have my $100.00 back.
