I bought a power chair for 2699.00 could not keep it running; rear flat tires towed the chair 5 times in 6 days 500.00 tow bills return it with the receipt they give all but 1000.00 I didn't even charge them for the tow bill the chair is under warranty Resolution Sought Pay me the 1000.00 I'll eat the tow bills

The complainant came into our showroom in need of a large Power Scooter. After discussing in detail with our Sales Manager, the complainant chose a Victory LX Sport. With his stature over 6 foot and close to 300 pounds, we felt this scooter would serve him well. He made this purchase on July 19, 2022, and the chair was delivered for him on July 20, 2022. He drove his scooter roughly 15 miles in 102' heat, which made the tires pliable. Once he was at his volunteer job, he would sit for 6-8 hours on this scooter in an air-conditioned area. He, by his own admission, stated that he sits an an angle which was causing the flat spot on right rear tire. He had his scooter towed in two times. The first time, on July 21, 2022, we gave him a new tire that we took off another brand-new scooter. The complainant who stated he understood that sitting on the scooter would further cause the same issue to reoccur and he would refrain from doing so. The complainant left happy. The complainant called at closing time on July 22, 2022, stating that the replacement tire was flat spot. We told him not to use the scooter and we would call him on Monday, July 25, 2022. The complainant called and stated that he used the scooter all weekend and now another tire had a flat spot and would bring it in the next day. He brought his scooter in by tow truck on July 26, 2022. The complainant was charged for 2 tires and a 20% restocking fee. We did not charge him for the 4 tires because he had been a valued customer. The complainant advised us that he was very satisfied with our service, but he would be calling the manufacturer.
