I ordered a 81 BMW ignition and never received the product or have been contacted about my order. It has been 2 months since I have ordered and disputed it to get a refund. I have been ghosted by the company and have received no product. Essentially they stole my money. I have disputed it thru cashapp and got no help and was denied on the first dispute. This is dis honest and very unprofessional even for a car company. Resolution Sought I just want the 59.99 back.

Company Response

Hi, We apologize for the issues with your order. It looks like you placed the order on November 14th, and in your confirmation email that was sent, the item was estimated to ship on December 14th, 2023. This information was also listed on the product page, as well as in the checkout process. We received an email from you on November 17th, which we responded to within 3 minutes that the estimated ship date was December 14th, which you responded to and thanked us for the update. You then emailed again on November 27th, apparently confused that the estimated ship date was actually December 14th as you stated that you thought it was supposed to ship on November 14th. At that point, we told you that we were still in the process of trying to source the part from another supplier (thus the reason for the extended lead time). You then filed a dispute with your credit card company on December 3rd, more than a week and a half before the estimated ship date that was quoted at the time of order. We canceled the order and accepted the dispute as you had not gotten your order and were clearly upset, so your bank should have returned the funds to you. We do our best to accurately estimate the availability and shipping times of our products, and apologize that that estimation did not fall into your timeline.
