Two complaiants allegedly paid the company $450 for the opportunity to appear before talent industry professionals in a fashion show which was coregraphed and arranged by the company. Both complainants allege the scheduled show did not take place and the company gave them the run around on requesting a refund. In another case, a client complained she never signed a contract for services, but the company was attempting to collect $450. The company responded to the fashion show complaints, by advising the clients that they must have had dates confused, and gave both another future date for the show. The client who did not sign a contract was advised her account would be zeroed, or offered the client a place in the next available show.
