I purchased a solar system in August with Modern Concepts. To date system is not usable but we are going on 3rd payment. Had an inspection in late September 2022 to early October, we failed due to installer taking our permit and our pole was rotted. So we replaced pole and waited almost 4 weeks for a new permit. If our system was not up and in working order by our 1st payment on 12/23/22, they are to reimburse us for each month not working. This will be our 3rd payment! Went to file for reimbursement and I get a message every time, that reimbursement is on hold. So I called in January and was told due to new management it is on hold. When I ask about inspection, they were all out sick one week, next time I called they were training new inspectors. She said next week we will call you and set up your inspection. It's been 2 weeks. They do not call you back. I'm on hold right now and have been for 40 minutes. We are getting the run around. It's money I could use for other bills. Resolution Sought I want my 554.07 reimbursed as soon as possible. I made my two payments through finance company and going on my 3rd on2/23/23. They owe me amount I listed above.
