For the past three weeks the garbage has not been fully emptied. I pay for this service both paying for the bin and in my taxes. I have called for two weeks for them to pick up the extra garbage that they don't empty. You can see that they squeeze the cans and what is on the bottom does not come out. I have tried working with headquarters and they don't have supervisors that you can talk with. I have been told I would get a call back and someone would be out to get my garbage but no one calls and picks it up I have garbage everywhere on the side of my house because they are not doing what they are paid to do. It is not healthy and truly concerning that you pay for a service and they don't have to be accountable. Resolution Sought I want them to make this right send a truck here and clean up all the garbage in the cans and the side of my house as I can't put it all out out and with not emptying week after week it is piling up!

Contacted the complainant on 7/18/2022. Issue with trash was resolved last week. I informed her that as follow-up, I would discuss the importance of ensuring all containers are fully emptied with our drivers. Thank you for your patience.
