Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I paid to have a website built by this company in April of 2023 as of February 19th i still have no website i asked for a refund and have been ignored ?? they said in December of 2024 they would get back to me i waited till January 20th to reach out after not hearing back from them 3 days later I get a text message from "SAM" who is the second guy allegedly working on my site and of course 3 weeks go by and I didn't hear from him either then finally he sends me a a text saying he is working on it ...i have all the emails all the text messages and my receipt where I paid for the service that was never performed this is so unprofessional and bad business ?? I have also filed a complaint with my States attorney this is unacceptable and very bad business practice Resolution Sought I just want my money back they never finished or even started as far as I can tell
